Production Assistant I

About the role

Linxens is seeking a Production Assistant I to support its manufacturing operations. The role involves operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and preparing materials for production in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run production equipment and monitor performance.
• Identify equipment breakdowns, dysfunctions, or product quality issues.
• Contribute to onboarding and mentoring new operators when needed.
• Execute tasks according to working instructions, targets, and quality standards.
• Record production data manually to maintain traceability.
• Verify raw material deliveries from the warehouse match production requirements.
• Load raw material and semi‑finished goods onto production lines.
• Check final process parameters such as total length, number of good products, and number of defective products.
• Prepare finished goods for pickup by the TPA operator.

Required profile

• Ability to operate and monitor production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying breakdowns and quality issues.
• Willingness to follow documented working instructions and quality standards.
• Capability to record data accurately for traceability.
• Team‑oriented mindset to collaborate with warehouse and other operators.
• Comfort working in a multicultural, technology‑focused environment.
