Production Associate

About the role

World Wide Technology is seeking a Production Associate to join its warehouse operations. The role involves hands‑on processing of hardware products, ensuring they meet quality standards before they are shipped to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for accuracy and defects.
• Follow technical documents to perform basic installations, assemblies and refurbishments.
• Troubleshoot simple hardware issues to confirm functionality.
• Conduct quality checks and record results in internal systems.
• Perform packaging, labeling and physical staging according to customer requirements.
• Update inventory locations and order status in WWT’s systems.
• Route and manage power cords following WWT standards.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of warehouse or similar experience, including picking, packing, scanning and labeling.
• Ability to lift 15‑20 kg and work safely in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of AC and/or DC power systems where applicable.
