Production Management Intern, Disney+ (Jan-Jun 2027)

About the role

Disney+ is hiring a Production Management intern for its Singapore office, covering January to June 2027. The role provides creative and administrative support to regional teams within Content & Creative, interacting with departments such as Creative, Content Operations, Programming, Marketing and Publicity. It offers exposure to the planning and execution of Disney's originals in Asia and to collaborative work across business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain digital files on the department server and databases
• Track and maintain content trackers and decks for communication with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Work on development projects and design documentation to improve workflow
• Liaise with and support regional production teams on tasks such as production wrap and delivery verification
• Support internal meetings with regional production teams (agenda and meeting notes)
• Provide general office and editorial support, such as editing presentation materials

Required profile

• Undergraduate currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or diploma in Film/Video Production, Communications Media, Project Management or a related field
• Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
• Available for a full-time internship Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm, between January and June 2027
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Experience in film, television or OTT preferred

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, including spreadsheets, databases and presentations
• Good communications skills and ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Interest in physical production or production management
