Production Manager (Construction)

About the role

The Construction Production Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet safety standards. This role acts as a vital link between on‑site teams, consultants, and senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily construction site activities to maintain smooth progress.
• Track project schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Assign tasks to subcontractors, monitor their performance, and resolve issues promptly.
• Control costs and verify that work complies with budget constraints and safety regulations.
• Facilitate clear communication among on‑site teams, consultants, and upper management.
• Monitor site activities to identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction production management.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and oversee project schedules.
• Strong understanding of budget control and safety compliance.
