Production Manufacturing Technician – 4-Day Week, Shift Allowances

About the role

Join a well‑established technology manufacturing environment in Tampines for a stable, full‑time position. Enjoy a 4‑day work week with every Sunday off, plus attractive shift allowances for day and night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble servers, chassis, hard drives and related components.
• Install server racks and cabinets.
• Perform production duties such as unpacking, packing, and rack building.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Carry out other operational tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to perform manual assembly work in a production setting.
• Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts after the training period.
• Experience in assembly, production, manufacturing, or electronics is encouraged.

Required skills

• Manual assembly of electronic components.

What we offer

• Basic salary ranging from SGD 2,000 to SGD 3,000 per month.
• Day shift allowance: SGD 12 per workday.
• Night shift allowance: SGD 24 per workday.
• Additional allowance: SGD 16 per workday.
• 4‑day work week with Sundays off.
• Training period (first 3 months) – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• After training – rotating 12‑hour day and night shifts on a fixed‑team schedule.
