Production Operator – Entry Level (5‑day shift)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Production Operator to join our manufacturing team on a 5‑day shift schedule. You will work on the shop floor, handling equipment and materials to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and materials before each shift.
• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic equipment inspection, cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Report any equipment faults or repair needs to the Supervisor.
• Transfer production parts using pallet jacks, electric stackers and other material‑handling tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Support additional production activities as assigned by the Supervisor.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Responsible, safety‑conscious and a good team player.
• Ability to work in a production or manufacturing environment.
