Production Operator – Food Processing

About the role
Production Operator assists with food processing operation and filling, ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping in production plants.
Key responsibilities
- Perform operation according to work instruction.
- Prepare for start‑up, including verification of metal detectors and other critical control points.
- Carry out machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Check and record net weight digitally.
- Maintain hygiene and safety at all times.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Weekly rotating shift schedule (Mon‑Sat 7am‑3pm, Mon‑Fri 3pm‑11pm, Mon‑Fri 11pm‑7am).
- Minimum NITEC or foreign diploma/degree in Engineering.
- Ability to work in a non‑air‑conditioned environment.
- Capable of lifting up to 25 kg of material.
- WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
