About the role
Sealed Air is seeking a Production Operator to manufacture quality products efficiently while meeting market demand and staying within budgeted production costs. The role involves operating and setting up equipment in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs.
- Set up equipment feed, speed and temperature for each production run.
- Operate conventional and CNC manufacturing equipment for cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling and stamping.
- Select and measure raw materials and components to required specifications.
- Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing and packaging operations.
- Perform general manufacturing and operations tasks across multiple disciplines.
