About the role
The Production Operator will support daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that products are processed, packaged and dispatched efficiently. This role works closely with all stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and a safe work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Operate production machines and carry out production activities.
- Pick, pack and load items for delivery, performing regular and ad‑hoc cycle counts.
- Follow safety regulations, apply 5S housekeeping and maintain good warehouse order.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Take initiative, own responsibilities and perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Required profile
- Secondary level education.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant production or warehouse experience.
- Ability to read, speak and write simple English for stakeholder communication.
- Team player who can also work independently and follow safe work procedures.
