Production Operator – Operations (Jurong)

About the role

Join West’s manufacturing team in Jurong as a Production Operator. You will work on molding and trimming equipment to produce high‑quality injectable medicines, following strict specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mold and trim presses to produce molded panels according to site SOPs.
• Process trimmed products through washing, drying, and any special treatments such as silicone or chlorination.
• Set up equipment accurately, including pack scales for weighing and labeling finished product.
• Maintain continuous product flow from molding to trimming stations.
• Inspect molded and trimmed work to ensure quality and traceability.
• Document production data, complete required paperwork, and alert supervisors to any issues.
• Move materials in and out of the work area and keep workstations clean for the next shift.
• Support a Lean manufacturing environment and adhere to all safety and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Level or equivalent education.
• Reliable, punctual attendance and ability to work in a team‑oriented cell concept.
• Willingness to follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures.
