Production Store Supervisor

About the role

The Production Store Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the store that supports our production and site installation teams. You will manage inventory, issue tools and consumables, and ensure the store remains organised, clean, and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, receiving, labelling, storing, and issuing tools, materials, and consumables.
• Track movement of frequently used items, maintain issuance logs, and monitor returns of reusable equipment.
• Assist management in setting up and improving inventory tracking systems using Excel, manual logs, or software.
• Conduct periodic stock checks, highlight low‑stock items, and prepare purchase requests.
• Check and report damaged or missing tools, ensure proper handling, and keep records of high‑value items.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a store or stockroom role, preferably within construction, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Familiarity with tools and materials used in stone or worktop fabrication is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently, handle items safely, and maintain high organisational standards.
• Proficient in Excel or simple inventory logs.
• Organised, trustworthy, and detail‑oriented.
