Production Supervisor – Night Shift (Contract)

About the role

The company is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead night‑shift operations at the Rifle Range Army Camp. You will be responsible for ensuring production, quality, safety and productivity targets are met while supporting day‑shift activities when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily production activities, monitor machine utilization and work‑in‑progress.
• Plan and allocate manpower and resources to meet schedule and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, work instructions, ISO standards and internal procedures.
• Investigate production, quality and safety incidents, implement corrective actions and support internal/external audits.
• Control and account for ammunition and other regulated items in line with statutory requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven experience in production planning, manpower allocation and shop‑floor operations.
• Willingness to work predominantly night shift and provide support to day‑shift when required.
