About the role
Sirtex Medical is seeking a Production Technician to support the manufacturing of SIR‑Spheres® Y‑90 resin microspheres at its Singapore cleanroom facility. The role is critical to ensuring safe, consistent, and efficient production for the APAC and European markets.
Key responsibilities
- Execute detailed process steps precisely, adhering to cleanroom and radiation safety protocols.
- Work a 40‑hour week over four days, including weekend shifts that start between 4:00 AM‑5:00 AM.
- Collaborate with a small cross‑functional team, covering operational needs across all production stages.
- Handle radioactive materials safely, following strict security and contamination prevention measures.
- Maintain cleanroom attire and environment to meet contamination standards.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented individual able to work independently in a cleanroom setting.
- Flexibility to adjust workdays, hours, and overtime based on production demands.
- Willingness to complete the Basic Ionising Radiation Safety course prior to starting.
