Production Technician – Day or Night Shift

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Production Technician, supporting daily manufacturing operations on either a permanent day or night shift. You will work on machine and process units, ensure production targets are met, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines and process units.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to maintain production output and quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Monitor and record machine parameters, applying containment and corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct sampling inspections per the quality plan and manage non‑conforming product disposition.
• Assist the Team Leader with changes, projects, and compliance to EHS, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Accurately update MES data, including component lot numbers, shift output, waste, and downtime.
• Handle material‑handling activities including packing, unpacking, loading and unloading.
• Perform visual inspections using appropriate scopes.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School/O Level/SPM/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom or non‑cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Availability for permanent day or night shift and ability to stand for long periods.
