Production Technician – Day Shift

About the role

Join SYSMEX Asia Pacific as a Production Technician on the day shift, supporting manufacturing operations on Jurong Island. You will work closely with the production team to meet output targets while adhering to ISO quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform weighing, mixing, filter preparation, filling and packaging tasks.
• Maintain accurate production records following good documentation practices.
• Transfer raw materials, packaging supplies and finished goods between areas.
• Conduct routine housekeeping, equipment cleaning and first‑level troubleshooting.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and handle non‑routine duties assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Nitec qualification, preferably in industrial engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in a chemical‑process or production environment.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of basic chemistry concepts.
• Forklift licence preferred; experience in material handling is an advantage.
• Positive mindset, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
