Production Technician

About the role

Cytiva is seeking a Production Technician to join its Tuas, Singapore facility. You will work in a controlled environment to manufacture high‑quality dry‑powder media that supports life‑science research, vaccine development, and cell‑and‑gene therapies.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately handle, weigh, and dispense bulk raw materials for dry‑powder media formulation.
• Operate and manually assemble production equipment for powder transfer, blending, and milling according to SOPs.
• Package finished product into final formats while complying with GDP, EHS, and GMP requirements.
• Perform detailed manual cleaning and sanitisation of production areas and equipment using approved agents.
• Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to contamination‑control standards.

Required profile

• GCE ‘O’ level, NITEC, Diploma in Manufacturing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a controlled manufacturing environment (candidates without experience are welcome).
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 25 kg and work rotating shifts.
• Willingness to wear appropriate PPE and work in powder‑handling areas.

Required skills

• GMP‑regulated manufacturing knowledge.
