About the role
Excelitas is seeking a Production Technician to join its manufacturing team. You will support daily production activities, ensure equipment is ready and running, and help maintain high quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Record daily output data and submit reports to the Leader.
- Attend morning briefings and communicate production issues.
- Perform machine warm‑up and set‑up activities for assigned equipment.
- Operate the polishing machine on the main line.
- Report non‑conformances, technical issues, or machine downtime.
- Maintain full utilization of machines and adhere to safety and quality procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum O Level or NITEC certificate.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Machine operation
- Machine setup
