Production Technician

About the role

BeeX develops advanced Hovering Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (HAUVs) for maritime, energy and defense sectors. As a Production Technician you will manufacture, assemble and test components, supporting engineering experiments and day‑to‑day warehouse operations in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble parts according to work instructions while meeting deadlines.
• Conduct functional testing on components and document results.
• Assist engineering teams in setting up experiments, prototypes and troubleshooting on‑site issues.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, manage receiving, storing, picking and packing activities.
• Support logistics by updating administrative documents and ensuring workspace is stocked with supplies.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Meticulous, detail‑oriented and capable of making time‑critical decisions in imperfect scenarios.

Required skills

• Ability to read electrical/electronics schematic diagrams.
• Basic knowledge of embedded communication protocols: CAN, Ethernet, Serial.
• Hands‑on experience with soldering, crimping, harnessing, mechanical assembly, drilling and sanding.
