Programme Executive – Community Wellness

About the role

Join SJD Community Wellness as a Programme Executive and help design, coordinate and deliver community and corporate wellness programmes across Singapore. You will work with clients, trainers and partners to ensure safe, engaging and impactful fitness, nutrition and mental‑wellness experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programme schedules, trainer deployment, venue bookings and session logistics.
• Liaise with clients, community partners, trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery.
• Support client system listings, attendance tracking, documentation, reporting and billing preparation.
• Assist with on‑ground operations such as registration, assessments, readiness checks and service recovery.
• Maintain trainer records, briefings and certification requirements.
• Gather feedback, identify workflow improvements and support new programme pilots or enhancements.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Sports & Exercise, Exercise Science, Fitness, Health Promotion, Wellness, Psychology or related fields.
• Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; strong internship, CCA or volunteer experience also considered.
• Interest in functional fitness, group fitness, active ageing and community engagement.
• Confident communicator comfortable engaging adults, seniors and stakeholders.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and proactive.
