Programme Trainer & Coordinator – Mental Health Education

About the role

The Programme Trainer and Coordinator will lead the delivery of mental‑health literacy programmes to schools and organisations across Singapore. You will work closely with partners to raise awareness, reduce stigma and equip participants with practical wellness skills.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the REST for Wellness programme and other mental‑health workshops to diverse audiences.
• Coordinate training schedules with teachers, junior colleges and partner organisations, preparing materials and logistics.
• Research psychology and wellness topics to develop new content and resources.
• Monitor market trends to deepen understanding of Singapore’s wellness landscape.
• Support operational tasks such as drafting proposals, creating reports, recruiting and managing staff/volunteers, and handling administrative duties.
• Collaborate with partners, vendors and community groups to advance wellness initiatives.
