Programmes Officer/Executive (PHH)

About the role

The Programmes Officer/Executive will support the Home's rehabilitation programmes, ensuring they meet residents' needs and align with organisational policies. This entry‑level position works closely with case management and senior staff to deliver high‑quality activities for male residents at the PERTAPIS Halfway House.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, execute, monitor and evaluate Home programmes in line with regulations.
• Facilitate enhancements to improve residents' well‑being and track attendance.
• Allocate and manage resources, including budget, staff and materials.
• Prepare reports on outcomes, challenges and achievements for senior management.
• Source venues, refreshments and coordinate workshops, activities and volunteer support.
• Prepare programme proposals, grant applications and budget plans.
• Maintain accurate records, documents and communication boards.
• Support overall safety, security and well‑being of residents.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC qualification in a relevant field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant studies and certifications are welcome.
• Pleasant, outgoing personality with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in non‑profit organisations or event management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player.

What we offer

• Permanent full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm).
• Salary range SGD 2,500‑2,800 per month.
