Project Architect (Mid-level)

About the role

Park + Associates is seeking a motivated Project Architect to join its Singapore team. The role involves overseeing architectural projects from concept through construction administration, ensuring design intent is maintained and regulatory requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the design process from initial concept to construction administration, guaranteeing consistency of the design vision.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Architect and Design Director during design development and implementation.
• Manage project communication and coordination with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Prepare submission drawings and documentation for local authorities.
• Produce construction documents, specifications and detailed drawings.
• Lead overall project coordination from design inception to project completion.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant architectural experience, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of local building regulations and authority submission processes.
• In‑depth understanding of construction details, materials and detailing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment while maintaining high design standards.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
