Project Architectural & M&E Coordinator – Woodlands

About the role

The role involves coordinating architectural and mechanical & electrical (M&E) activities for main construction, general building, and HDB projects in Woodlands. You will work closely with contractors, supervise on‑site teams, and ensure safe and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Attend site surveys and visits with contractors.
• Prepare project documentation such as Method of Statement (MOS), Risk Assessment (RA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), and permits.
• Coordinate deliveries and site activities with contractors.
• Supervise contractor work and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure good housekeeping and track work schedules.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to facilitate smooth implementation.
• Lead daily site operations and a team of construction workers.
• Participate in site meetings, propose improvements, and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Certification in Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS).
• Work‑at‑Height certification.

Required skills

• Civil Engineering knowledge (diploma level).
• Construction supervision.
• WSH Supervision certification.
• Work‑at‑Height certification.
