Project Coordination – Claims & Operations (6‑Month Contract)

About the role

Join a leading underground utilities infrastructure company in Singapore as a Project Coordinator focused on claims and operations. This 6‑month fixed‑term position offers fresh graduates and undergraduates hands‑on exposure to real infrastructure projects while supporting claim submissions and site documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare documents required for claim submissions.
• Upload, sort, and organise site progress photographs.
• Collaborate with Claim PICs to ensure complete claim documentation.
• Liaise with Singapore Power on work and job arrangements.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain approvals before work commencement.
• Provide additional project coordination and administrative support as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduate or current undergraduate eager to learn.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and willing to acquire new skills.
