Project Coordinator (Architectural)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator to manage design coordination, supervise on‑site works and ensure compliance with authority requirements. This senior role involves close interaction with consultants, client representatives and subcontractors on a large‑scale construction project.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to meet authority requirements and review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works, manage BIM data, and ensure all submissions (detail drawings, material samples, mock‑ups) receive early approval.
• Maintain project template files, resolve clashes with other disciplines, and prepare transmittals for subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that architectural works follow approved drawings and specifications, and compile as‑built drawings upon project completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of post‑tertiary experience in architectural construction supervision on projects of similar scale.
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent field.
• Experience with LTA or residential projects is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the site office.
