Project Coordinator – Construction

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support daily construction activities across multiple sites in Singapore. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure smooth coordination of manpower, equipment, and deliveries while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Operations in planning and monitoring daily project activities.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deliveries to project sites.
• Liaise with customers, site personnel, and internal departments on schedules and progress.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and prepare project documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Attend site meetings, resolve issues, and support inspections, equipment handovers, and user training.
• Maintain accurate project records and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification such as NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction or related fields.
• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, construction or engineering is advantageous.
• Own a vehicle (car or bike) – transport allowance provided.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
