Project Coordinator Internship (3 months)

About the role

Our client is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator intern to support partner engagement, campaign tracking and administrative financial operations for inbound visitor initiatives. The 3‑month internship will involve maintaining campaign records, auditing payouts and liaising with internal finance and partner teams. The role offers exposure to finance processes and cross‑functional collaboration within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the primary campaign tracking document to ensure accurate recording of partner activities.
• Cross‑reference tracking metrics against partner contracts to calculate monthly or per‑campaign payout amounts.
• Prepare structured payout lists, invoices and expense reports for Finance team processing.
• Serve as the internal point of contact for routine payout inquiries, reviewing logs to resolve minor data discrepancies.
• Update master tracking sheets and dashboards in real‑time to provide leadership visibility into campaign spend and ROI.
• Coordinate campaign brainstorming sessions, prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes and track action items.
