About the role
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily project operations and ensure smooth coordination among clients, contractors, and internal teams. The role involves monitoring progress, managing meetings, and assisting with site inspections and handovers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities
- Monitor project progress and schedules
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the project team
- Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes
- Follow up on work progress and resolve coordination issues
- Ensure work is carried out according to project requirements
- Assist with site inspections and project handovers
- Monitor material delivery and project records
- Support the Project Manager in daily project operations
Required profile
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn
