Project Engineer – BMS, ELV & M&E (Senior)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead BMS, ELV and M&E works across data‑centre and hospital projects. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from concept design through to handover, ensuring high quality and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs for mechanical, electrical and BMS systems.
• Assist the manager with project planning, budgeting and cost control.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and subcontractors for BMS installation.
• Supervise subcontractor teams, ensuring workmanship meets standards.
• Prepare site progress reports, method statements and other project documentation.
• Ensure timely handover while maintaining quality and cost effectiveness.
• Make installation drawings readily available at the point of use.
• Review non‑conformities and determine appropriate dispositions.
• Resolve technical issues during installation, commissioning and testing.
• Deliver projects that meet customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Open to candidates with less experience; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight schedules.
