Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will act as the company’s representative, liaising with clients, consultants, authorities and occupiers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating technical documentation, site testing, and progress reporting across multiple construction sites in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings to confirm approved systems, finishes and colours.
• Prepare material samples, mock‑ups, technical documents, data sheets, test reports and method statements for submission.
• Develop project schedules, progress reports and micro‑schedules for the team.
• Conduct on‑site testing, submit technical reports and attend coordination, safety and inspection meetings.
• Forecast material requirements, obtain approvals and manage procurement.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure workmanship complies with drawings and specifications.
• Update project progress to the Project Manager and handle email correspondence.

Required profile

• ITE/Diploma or relevant certificate in building construction or project management; CSCPM, BCSS and MWAH certifications are preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with epoxy or polyurethane resin floor/wall coating projects (experience may be waived for strong attitude and willingness to learn).
• Good interpersonal, communication and client‑relationship skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work on construction sites and hold a Singapore Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
