Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to join Bloomfoss Pte. Ltd. on Jurong Island, Singapore. The role involves supporting senior engineers and project managers in delivering hydraulic and marine actuator projects from planning through to hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, technical specifications, drawings and related project documents.
• Assist in project planning, kick‑off and coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify delays, risks and propose corrective actions.
• Attend site and technical meetings, communicating effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Translate client requirements into clear project plans and ensure specifications are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, classification bodies and engineering support to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, drawings, progress reports and hand‑over documentation.
• Track project timeline, budget, deliverables and overall status, preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Support final client acceptance and perform other project‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of project engineering experience, preferably in hydraulics, actuators or marine industries.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to work independently on multiple tasks.
• Highly organised team player.
