About the role

Assist the project manager in overseeing project progress, ensuring technical requirements, schedule, quality and cost effectiveness for offshore solutions.

Key responsibilities

Monitor daily project tasks and coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production and Quality departments.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports and flag risks to senior management.
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, clients, consultants and site supervisors to manage planning, programming, cost, quality and schedule issues.
Maintain documentation in line with the Project Execution Plan and track progress against milestones.
Participate in site meetings, inspections and ensure timely completion of activities.

Required profile

Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Training provided on the job.
Preferable experience in module fabrication or FPSO conversion yards.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Project.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of MS Word.
Experience with Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to use AutoCAD.
