Project Engineer (M&E – ACMV)

About the role

The Project Engineer (M&E – ACMV) will lead site operations for mechanical and electrical works, supervising site supervisors and subcontractors while coordinating with clients and consultants to ensure timely, safe, and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and supervise a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to align on project requirements.
• Monitor construction progress against schedule and enforce quality control and safety protocols.
• Distribute approved materials, latest drawings and updates to site staff and subcontractors.
• Coordinate multiple trades on‑site to ensure smooth execution of M&E – ACMV works.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building installation works.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for candidates without the qualification; training provided for less experienced candidates.
• Familiarity with HDB projects is an advantage.

Required skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit (preferred)

What we offer

• Basic salary plus variable bonus, ranging from SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,000 per month.
• Permanent employment with a junior executive level.
• Standard working hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑6:00 pm.
