Project Engineer (M&E)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer (M&E) to oversee building services projects, ensuring resource, quality and risk standards are met while managing project profitability throughout the lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, control and coordinate preventive, breakdown and A&A works for building services.
• Lead a team of supervisors and skilled workers to deliver site work in line with client requirements.
• Coordinate administrative processes such as reports, claims, invoice payments and final handover documentation.
• Liaise with clients, managing agents and subcontractors to ensure compliance with client and authority requirements.
• Monitor, track and provide timely project progress reports to management.
• Manage subcontractors to integrate them into the project and adhere to technical specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Building Services or related engineering field (diploma holders with relevant M&E experience considered).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E coordination or related construction projects.
• Positive attitude, ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
