Project Engineer / Site Engineer (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer / Site Engineer to lead on‑site technical and engineering activities across Singapore. The role involves planning, monitoring progress, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all on‑site technical and engineering matters, ensuring works meet company quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Participate in project planning, monitor progress and schedule, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Provide technical and non‑technical resolutions, document decisions and support the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports.
• Ensure supervisors and foremen comply with client and regulatory work requirements.
• Maintain environmental, safety and health practices at all times on site.
• Identify cost‑saving and innovative engineering solutions.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of civil engineering experience on LTA projects such as cycling path construction, commuter facilities or similar infrastructure works.
• Organised, meticulous, with a positive attitude and sense of urgency.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Working knowledge of BIM and VDC (preferred).
