Project Engineer – Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to support the growth of our Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) business. The role combines product development, market research and project coordination in a fast‑moving start‑up environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and enhancement of UAS products and solutions to meet market and customer needs.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities and customer requirements.
• Translate operational and customer requirements into actionable product features and capabilities.
• Evaluate new technologies, payloads, sensors and aviation solutions for product integration.
• Assist in product demonstrations, technical evaluations, flight trials and operational deployments.
• Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations and business teams to ensure timely delivery and track milestones.

Required profile

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0‑3 years of relevant experience in aerospace, aviation, engineering or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities applied to technical and business challenges.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CAD tools.
• Experience using engineering software or technical documentation.
