Project Engineer/Manager (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to join our integrated project execution team, working primarily on‑site across Singapore. The role supports the Project Manager in delivering civil and structural infrastructure projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in day‑to‑day contract management, including design, budget, schedule and personnel oversight.
• Advise on site quality and safety issues and ensure compliance with specifications, drawings and programme.
• Identify and document non‑conformances, coordinate corrective actions with contractors and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide feedback on quality and safety, recommending improvement measures.
• Supervise installation and monitoring of instrumentation.
• Lead a team of supervisors to ensure continuous on‑site supervision of works.
• Support the operation of the Project Management Control Centre (PMCC) and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or Construction Management (preferably from a Malaysian government university for Malaysian candidates).
• Relevant experience in civil & structural, geotechnical, tunnel or viaduct projects.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project planning and management software.
