Project Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Executive to join our fast‑moving team. You will work on luxury, commercial and residential projects, collaborating with high‑profile clients, consultants and contractors while gaining exposure to the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare plan and 3D drawings using AutoCAD.
• Confirm colour schemes and verify layout quantities.
• Place orders for project materials and manage procurement.
• Prepare handover documentation and checklists.
• Develop and monitor the master programme to ensure schedule compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors on all project aspects.
• Inspect on‑site work for quality and drawing compliance.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.
• Perform ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Excellent multitasking, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn on the job, even without prior experience.
