Project Lead – 30‑month contract

About the role

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Project Lead to manage a 30‑month engineering project in Singapore. The role involves overseeing the full product lifecycle from design through high‑volume manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the project charter, identify stakeholders and create the project schedule.
• Build the Work Breakdown Structure, define budget, resources and critical path.
• Form and lead the cross‑functional project team, assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Track budget utilization, resource allocation and project milestones, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Prepare regular project reports and dashboards, manage risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Close the project by finalising budgets, handing over deliverables and documenting lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management and engineering.
• Proven track record of launching products into high‑volume manufacturing.
• Strong organizational, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Product design and platform architecture knowledge.
