Project Manager - A&A / New Build

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Project Manager for A&A (architectural and ancillary works) and new build projects in the construction sector, based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The position is full-time, with a salary commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors, keeping communication clear.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations, and maintain quality control.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients, and resolve delays, conflicts and unforeseen issues.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

Required profile

• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders and resources on site.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
