Project Manager (ACMV)

About the role

DLM Pte Ltd, an M&E engineering company in Singapore, is hiring a Project Manager for its Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) business. The role oversees the quality, timeliness and successful delivery of construction projects in the ACMV sector, with leadership of onsite operations, vendors and subcontractors and close client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ACMV systems, including project management and engineering roles
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent qualification
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in ACMV system installation, including CHWP, VRV and VRF systems
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation and maintenance
• Understanding of ACMV engineering principles, industry standards and regulations
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Use of technical drawings and project management software
