Project Manager – AGV/AMR Projects (SEA Region)

About the role

Libiao Robotics is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead AGV/AMR projects across the Southeast Asia region. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet client expectations, timelines, scope, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets and risk assessments aligned with client and company goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, sales, operations and support to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables.
• Identify potential risks, create mitigation strategies and monitor project progress.
• Track project costs, manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in AGV/AMR, robotics or logistics automation.
• Experience managing projects in the APAC region is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin; additional SEA languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of AGV/AMR systems.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with industrial automation processes.
