Project Manager (AM/M)

About the role

IMDA is recruiting a Project Manager (AM/M) to keep project milestones on track and bridge the industry development and technology teams. The role covers tracking several projects across different technology areas and giving project updates to IMDA's senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple projects across teams, ensuring efficient progress and timely completion.
• Facilitate collaboration between the industry development and technology team, keeping communication and goal alignment effective.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, statuses and reports, acting as the main source of project information for the teams.
• Organise and lead regular meetings to keep senior leadership informed on progress, challenges and achievements.
• Identify and help overcome project blockers, proposing solutions and supporting decision-making.
• Implement and manage project management tools and processes to improve team efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Experience collaborating between business development and technology teams.
• Ability to quickly understand and summarise complex technical concepts for reporting.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced environment; familiarity with emerging technologies is a plus.
