Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager

About the role

HD Contractor Pte Ltd is hiring a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager for its A&A business, based in Tai Seng, Singapore. The role covers planning, coordination and client liaison for construction projects, with a salary of $7,000 to $10,000 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
• Allocate manpower, materials and budget to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as main contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Identify risks early and resolve delays, conflicts and unforeseen issues.
• Ensure work meets quality standards, contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor expenses and manage the budget, and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Oversee work to completion and ensure proper documentation for handover.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Proven experience coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders and on-site resources.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.
