Project Manager – Brand Programme (Insurance)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to join a client’s team in Singapore. Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will oversee the delivery of brand‑related workstreams across both customer‑facing and internal touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and deliver workstreams to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Build and manage an inventory of brand touchpoints (signage, collateral, digital, forms, templates) and see each through changeover.
• Coordinate across Marketing, IT, Legal & Compliance, Operations and HR.
• Manage external agencies and vendors from briefing to delivery.
• Run project governance, including RAID logs, status reports and steering committee updates.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently and raise risks early.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of project management experience.
• Hands‑on experience delivering at least one corporate rebrand or brand migration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to follow through on multiple deliverables.
• Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels and holding vendors accountable.
• Financial services or regulated‑industry experience is a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an advantage.
