About the role
Coupang Intelligent Cloud (CIC) is building a high‑performance AI cloud platform and seeks a hands‑on Principal Product Marketing Manager to drive product positioning, launches and sales enablement across APAC.
Key responsibilities
- Develop clear positioning, messaging and value propositions for CIC AI‑cloud products.
- Own product marketing activities for new product launches, creating launch plans, briefs, FAQs and related materials.
- Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, playbooks, competitive battlecards and solution briefs.
- Track competitors, gather customer and field‑team feedback, and translate insights into recommendations.
- Maintain customer‑facing product content across web pages, presentations and other channels.
Required profile
- 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, preferably in cloud, AI, infrastructure, SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record bringing technical products to market across APAC.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
