Project Manager – Business Process Re‑engineering (Banking)

About the role

ABeam Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead business process re‑engineering initiatives across loan, trade, remittance and KYC domains. You will drive transformation, automation and operational improvement projects for banking clients in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process transformation, automation and business improvement initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation and delivery schedules.
• Maintain project governance, reporting frameworks and RAID logs, driving mitigation of risks and issues.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams spanning Business, Operations, Technology and external vendors.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings, stakeholder discussions and executive‑level reporting.
• Oversee UAT planning, execution, defect management and business sign‑off.
• Track project benefits, productivity improvements and FTE savings realization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager, PMO Manager, Program Manager or Business Transformation Consultant.
• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong track record managing multi‑workstream projects, scope, timelines, resources, risks and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and decision‑making capabilities.
