Project Manager – Commercial Workplace Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial workplace fit‑out projects from planning through to successful completion. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial workplace fit‑out projects from planning to completion.
• Manage project scope, budget, programme, contracts and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety and statutory compliance.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee site execution to ensure works are safe, on schedule, within budget and meet quality standards.
• Resolve issues proactively while maintaining strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Building, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial workplace (office fit‑out) projects.
• Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, contract administration, scheduling and risk management.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to delivery.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Relevant workplace safety certifications (e.g., CSCPM) are a plus.
