Project Manager (Construction & Facilities)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end building works and facilities projects in the Tuas West Region of Singapore. This hands‑on role requires on‑site experience, strong coordination with multiple stakeholders, and a focus on delivering safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop projects from concept through hand‑over, translating client requirements into clear scope, schedules, budgets and procurement strategies.
• Lead building, renovation, fit‑out and refurbishment works, coordinating civil, architectural, M&E, HVAC, electrical and plumbing services.
• Conduct site surveys, assess existing conditions, identify risks and manage corrective actions to keep timelines.
• Source, evaluate and manage contractors, consultants and vendors, monitoring performance, costs, variations and change requests.
• Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and leading project meetings.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, defect rectification and final hand‑over, ensuring all documentation, warranties and manuals are completed.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing building works and facilities projects on the ground level.
• Ability to translate client requirements into detailed project scopes and execution plans.
• Strong coordination skills with contractors, consultants, suppliers and internal teams.
• Experience handling procurement, budgeting and schedule development.
