Project Manager – Construction & General Building

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction, main contractor, and general building projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Resolve technical and site issues raised by internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Establish standard architectural, structural, and MEP detailing for project implementation.
• Monitor progress, identify critical activities, and expedite work to meet targets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors, including consultants and subcontractors.
• Track timely issuance and approval of design and shop drawings.
• Obtain client and consultant approvals for materials and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using verification techniques.

Required profile

• Degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in residential, commercial, or government building projects.
